Deposit: When you book an experience (workshop, event, or retreat), we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee. Your reservation is officially confirmed only once we receive your deposit. This deposit is also a down payment and will be deducted from your total amount.

Remainder Fee: Please set a reminder for the remaining payment (the remaining 50%) to be in our account at least one month before the scheduled start date of the experience. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available again, and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellation & refunds:

• The deposit to secure a booking (50% of the total fee) is not refundable under any circumstances.

• The remaining payment has to be paid one month before the start date. Participants who do not submit the remainder of the cost by the deadline forfeit their deposit, any amount submitted until that date, and their spot.

• To cancel your spot, please send a cancellation request to the Parea Ada email address provided at the time of booking.

Expectations:

• Whether on a workshop, event or retreat the group is expected to maintain the common area - ensuring it is tidy, and remains clean.

• The group is responsible for tidying up after a workshop session at the end of each day.

• Participants are expected to respect the local environment, inhabitants, animals, and local culture, and to respect the other participants.

• Participants are expected to be on time for all sessions.

• Participants should adhere to the workshop guide provided in advance of a workshop and are responsible for bringing their own workshop materials specified by the workshop facilitator.

Damages:

We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by the participants during their Parea Ada experiences. The participants must adhere to the rules established or pay any fees charged for damages after the session / after checkout.

Minimum number of participants:

The experience runs only if a minimum number of participants is reached. If not, Parea Ada will inform all confirmed participants and issue a full refund for the total fee paid (deposit and remainder).
